ActFax is a practical and very complete application to send and receive faxes via the Internet. The program automatically detects the fax and configures it.
Some of the ActFax features are: assignation of the phone number to send the fax to, warning and sending by email once a fax is received, different printing options, sending of one fax to multiple users, establishing of distinct priorities for faxes waiting to be sent, etc.
ActFax also lets you save a copy of all the faxes sent, and you can classify and organize them by different criteria. Also, ActFax lets you access the data of MS Outlook contacts and the content of ODBC database tables.
